Why isn’t the inspection included? Because you’d pay more if it were. Booking an inspector on your behalf means a scheduling service and a markup. Finding a mobile notary near you takes a few minutes and costs about $25 — we’ll walk you through exactly how.
What you’d pay elsewhere
Comparable services run $400 and up, and several charge a service fee on top of a surety bond you won’t need at this vehicle age. A court-ordered title runs $329 for the paperwork alone — and you still have to file it with the court yourself.
If Montana rejects the filing
You get your money back. We prepare the forms ourselves and check them before they go, so rejections should be vanishingly rare — but if one happens and we can’t fix it, you don’t pay for a title you didn’t get.
